After careful consideration and thorough evaluation, the FSHOA board has voted to transition from our current Property Management Company, Sentry, to GreenAcre Properties, effective August 1.
We are excited to welcome GreenAcre Properties to our community and are confident that they will bring valuable expertise and a fresh perspective to our HOA management. During this transition period, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we address any potential issues that may arise. Your cooperation is crucial in ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
