Interested in improving or changing the look of your Home?

If you are looking to make any exterior changes to your house or property it is required that you submit an architectural Control (ARC) permit form for any projects that are controlled by our Fairway Springs Deeds.  You can familiarize yourself with the regulations of our Deed Restrictions here.

You can submit an Architectural Change Request via Greenacre's Vantaca Portal.

Basic examples of construction requiring approval from the architectural control committee are:

  • Mailboxes

  • Windows & Doors

  • Roofs

  • Painting

  • Fencing

  • Tree Removal

  • Driveway widening and Pavers

  • Critical landscape changes like tree planting and sod

  • Solar Panels

For Mailboxes, Windows and other modifications to your property and the exterior of your home, please use the form marked Other Projects.

When in doubt please submit an inquiry email to our onsite Community Association Manager (CAM) at ELuquis@greenacre.com

The Architectural Request Form for painting provides access to our approved colors via the Sherwin Williams website. Just access and follow the prompts.  If you have a preference for other paint providers, as long as it would  be considered "harmonious" with the rest of the community, it will most likely be approved.

If you have a roof color that is very close to the selection we provide, please submit the roofing brand name, and color code and swatch so we can compare it. It must be close to the pre approved color samples in order to be permitted.

The architectural committee will get back to you by email with approval / disapproval and permit as soon as possible.  Please understand we are all volunteers, and under certain situations the permit process can take up to 30 days.  Your approval and permit will be sent to your email.  All of our current property files are kept digitally by our Property Management Partner (Greenacre).
Older files have been digitized and stored online.  Please retain a copy for your own personal records.

Being a homeowner is a rewarding adventure and improvements to your property builds resale value.   Living in a community with a Homeowner’s Association that works within the guidelines of its Covenants and Deeds keep our neighborhood appealing.   Stay in compliance by submitting an Architectural Permit Form for all your property maintenance needs.

Remember - we are all volunteers. Please give yourselves and the committee time to review your request and if approved, get your approval to you.  â€‹
