The holiday season is upon us, and it’s heartwarming to see Fairway Springs light up with festive cheer. From twinkling lights to creative decorations, our neighborhood is transforming into a winter wonderland, and we couldn’t be more excited! This time of year truly brings joy to everyone, regardless of faith or tradition. And let's face it—there's nothing quite like a beautifully lit home to brighten these shorter days and longer nights.

But there’s even more to celebrate: our annual Holiday Lighting Competition!

What’s in It for You? Prizes!

If you’ve been waiting for the perfect excuse to go all out with your decorations, here it is. Not only will your festive display lift spirits in the neighborhood, but it could also earn you some fantastic prizes. The top three decorated homes will receive gift cards:

• 1st Place: $100 Gift Card

• 2nd Place: $50 Gift Card

• 3rd Place: $25 Gift Card

When and How to Participate

Judging will take place after dark on Wednesday, December 18th, 2024. Our panel of judges will tour every street in Fairway Springs to evaluate the most beautifully decorated and brightly lit homes. To be considered, make sure your full display is set up and your lights are on by nightfall that evening.

Announcing the Winners

Winners will receive their signs and awards on Friday, December 20th, 2024. The signs will proudly identify the best-decorated homes, so everyone in the neighborhood knows who the holiday decorating champions are.

And that’s not all—photos of the winners with their awards will be posted on our website and social media on Saturday, December 21st, 2024. Stay tuned to celebrate your neighbors’ creativity and holiday spirit!
