Author: Steve Poland, FSHOA Secretary. We live in a great beautiful community. We enjoy our clubhouse, pool, entrance, and streets. Our curb appeal is excellent. We celebrated 40 years with a birthday party last year. As we approach our Annual Business Meeting on March 27, we would love to pack this clubhouse with all the owners that we can. Talk about getting to know your neighbors!Â
Our beginnings were pretty humble. Now we have 406 homes here. There have been many families raised. Roots from school kids that are adults all around the world. In the last few years we have noticed a new generation move in with us. Children everywhere. They are even going to help us make signs on Saturday 2/3 from 9-11 for our Big March Block Party on Saturday March 9.
We have a very diverse community. Friends that have lived here from the 1980’s. Quite a few have been board members and made great decisions to make this community one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Pasco.
Now might be your turn to help us continue with excellence. Every year, 3 board members’ terms end. So we need candidates to fill these positions. Have you been here for awhile? Do you know many decisions are made to keep the community enhanced? Please consider becoming a board member. Remaining board members will assist you with adjusting how processes happen. Previous board members are eligible to serve again. Your knowledge about us is so valuable.
Maybe not ready for the board? Get your feet wet. Become a committee member. Each board member has at least one committee. You will learn about their duties. You will assist that member to prepare their board reports.
All of us working, playing, and living together will keep our beautiful Fairway Springs flourishing in the future.
