For the very first time, the 3 neighboring neighborhoods of Fairway Springs, Longleaf and Ellington Place have coordinated their fall yard sales to land on the same date; October 15th.
This should drive a ton of buyers into each neighborhood, increasing the number of buyers you will get for your gently used and previously loved items.
As always, up at the Fairway Springs Clubhouse, the Board will be selling hot dogs, brats, chips and cold drinks. It's always a fantastic day. Stop by, we love to see you.
