The spring 2023 Neighborhood Yard sale will be Saturday April 22nd, starting at 8am. We also run a Hot Dog, Brats, drinks and chips sale up at the clubhouse. This year we've added Burgers too. See you there?

About the event
We have two community yard sales each year. Each one is accompanied by a Hot Dog, Brats, drinks and chips sale up at the clubhouse. This year we've added Burgers too. The spring 2023 Neighborhood Yard sale will be Saturday April 22nd, starting at 8am (or earlier for your house, if you wish).
Clean out that garage, those overstuffed cupboards and drawers, and that box of things you think you need but keep tripping over and give everything the opportunity of going to a new home. We always enjoying seeing you there.
For $10 you can set up a clubhouse parking lot table - for those who still wish to sell, have little and want the company of others.
The weather is typically good and it's a wonderful day to declutter, make some money and greet your neighbors. SPREAD THE WORD!
