GIANT 3 Neighborhood Yard Sale & Hot Dog Sale
This fall we have coordinated with Longleaf and Ellington Place to drive even more buyers. We'll still have our own hot dog, brats, chips and drinks sale though. Do stop by.

About the event
We have two community yard sales each year. This time, for our Fall Yard Sale we have coordinated ours with Longleaf's and Ellington Place's in an effort to drive a lot more traffic - and that means buyers!
Clean out that garage, those overstuffed cupboards and drawers, and that box of things you think you need but keep tripping over and give everything the opportunity of going to a new home.
Also, as is becoming customary, the Board will be up at the Clubhouse selling drinks, hotdogs and brats. We always enjoying seeing you there.
The weather is typically good and it's a wonderful day to declutter, make some money and greet your neighbors.
