4pm to 6pm: PRE-Superbowl Competition & Party

Super Bowl LVII is the upcoming championship game of the National Football League (NFL) for the 2022 NFL season. The game is scheduled to be played on February 12, 2023, at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.   

The game will kick off at 6:30 pm ET live on the Fox TV channel.

This "fun-for-all-the-family" event will be a precursor to the big game and is being timed to hopefully not interfere with your plans for the game itself (4pm to 6pm).  We want to keep the competitive elements of the day alive for our event so will be hosting 3 parallel competitions.  You'll be competing for yourself and personal pride, and for your street for neighborhood bragging rights.  Are you up to it?

Bring your 'A Game' across 3 categories:

1 - A chili cook-off: Who are the best chefs in the neighborhood? - The winner of "Best Overall" takes home a $25 gift card.

2 - Horseshoes (weather permitting): Does winning ring a bell?

3 - Cornhole: Do you have what it takes?

The Social Committee will provide Chili sides: Sour cream, chips, cornbread, crackers, soda, water, plates/bowls, napkins, cutlery and drinking cups.

We ask that residents bring potluck items and assorted snacks (and/or your more adult beverages), for you or to share: Ideas include pigs-in-blankets, vegetable trays, fruits, dips, desserts.
