Amended Declaration of Restrictions for Fairway Springs – August 15, 1985
ARTICLE II – Restrictions – Section 2.04.1437 pg 9591.

(a)Except as otherwise permitted herein, no sign of any character shall be displayed or placed upon any Lot, except “For Sale” signs, which signs may refer only to the particular Lot on which displayed, and shall not exceed thirty-six inches by twenty-four inches. Developer may enter upon Lot and summarily remove and destroy any signs, which do not meet the provisions of this Section.

Be it resolved that all persons currently advertising “For Rent” or “For Sale” signs will add the words “DEED RESTRICTIONS APPLY” to their present signs. The Association will provide signs or lettering.
