OUTSIDE SECURITY SERVICES

Statement of Policy

It shall be the policy of this Homeowners Association that purchased Outside Security Services are not necessary to protect the property of the Fairway Springs Association nor of Fairway Springs residents.

Implementation

Although the Sheriff of Pasco County provides protective services to all residents of the county, it was determined that Outside Security Services should be purchased to protect Fairway Springs overnight seven (7) days a week from vandalism and malicious mischief, which had become a problem.

Further consideration of the effectiveness of the purchased Outside Security Services led to the consideration that the purchased services should be discontinued as of the end of August, 1989.
