DIRECTORS MEETINGS
Statement of Policy
It shall be the policy of this homeowners Association that its Directors shall meet every other month in keeping with the requirement set forth in Article IV, section 7 of the Bylaws of Fairway Springs Homeowners Association, Inc. that the Directors shall have at least two regular meetings during each fiscal year.
The Directors shall determine the time and place of their Regular Meetings and shall advise the membership of that time and place by appropriate notice.
As required, the Directors may be convened for a Special Meeting, as provided for in Article IV, Section 8 of the Bylaws.
Implementation

A motion was made, seconded and passed to change the Board of Directors Meetings from every other month to every 4 months. Meetings will be on the third Tuesday of the months of January, March, June, September.
1/27/09
A motion was made, seconded, and carried to have a total of eight (8) Workshops and four (4) Board Meetings annually, beginning with the board elected in March, 2009.
Board Meetings will be in January, March, June, and September, with two (2) Workshops being scheduled between each Board Meeting. Dates will be set for all Board Meetings and Workshops at the Organizational Meeting following annual elections, and posted for community notice at the FSHOA Clubhouse. |
