COPY MACHINE

Statement of Policy

It shall be the policy of this homeowners Association to acquire a copy machine to be used for Association business, with authorized groups and individuals to be permitted use of the machine on a basis which will reimburse the Association for the cost of the use.

Implementation

9/20/85
The Association shall lease a copy machine with sufficient capabilities to accommodate the major needs of the Association to accomplish its business. The copy machine’s use will be limited to authorized members for the Association business only.

10/10/85
A motion was made, seconded, and passed that other users of the copy machine, such as the Women’s Club, Golf Club, Bowling Team, and individuals, shall be charged five cents per copy.

5/26/94
A motion was made, seconded, and passed that the following policy be adopted.

Association authorized groups, such as the Social Club, Women’s Club, or any other group comprised solely of Association members, will have free use of the copy machine and related supplies for clubhouse business only.

Members requesting copies for personal use will be charged five cents per copy.
