COMMON AREAS
Statement of Policy
It shall be the policy of this Homeowner’s Association that the Common Areas of the Association shall be maintained in a controlled condition in accordance with the restrictions set forth under implementation below.

9/6/85
Signs for Garage Sales, Houses for Sale, etc. shall not be allowed on the Common Areas.
12/3/85
The Board voted down a comprehensive sign that was proposed for the front entrance. This sign would have indicated property for sale by Association members.
3/6/86
A “No Solicitating” sign shall be placed at the front entrance.
A basketball backboard shall not be installed at the Clubhouse Parking Lot nor on any other Common Areas.
11/21/91
A motion was made, seconded, and passed that a basketball backboard be installed in the Clubhouse Parking Lot.
5/26/94
A motion was made, seconded, and passed that a basketball backboard shall not be installed at the Clubhouse Parking Lot nor on any other Common Areas.
2/9/96
Motion carried for approval of four (4) keys for the sprinkler system control boxes be assigned to:
The director in charge
One committee member
A contractor in charge of the sprinkler system
A spare key in the clubhouse
On this date the director in charge was Sam Ledwitch.
The committee member was Henry Laurenson.
The contractor was Roy Baumbach.

Motion carried to spend up to $350 twice for the planting of flowers and small colorful plants in the common areas, namely the front entrance and clubhouse areas. |
